Mr. Chaurasia is the Chief Investment Officer of FH Capital.
Prior to joining FH Capital, Mr. Chaurasia was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse where he served as Head of Industrials and Renewable Energy for Asia Pacific. Before moving to Hong Kong in 2011, Mr. Chaurasia was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse’s Global Energy Group based in New York, where he co-founded the firm’s leading renewable energy practice.
Mr. Chaurasia also served on the firm's Managing Director Evaluation Committee and the Investment Banking Operating Committee for Asia Pacific.
Mr. Chaurasia has advised clients around the world on over 200 completed transactions across the spectrum of initial public offerings, M&A, follow-on offerings, equity private placements, leveraged finance, convertible bonds and structured finance, including a number of landmark transactions that have been awarded “Deal of the Year" honors in the renewable energy sector.
Mr. Chaurasia has advised leading companies in the sector, including First Solar, GE, ABB, Jinko Solar, Canadian Solar, Adani Green, Total Energies, Hanwha Q-Cells, OCI (Korea), Trina Solar, JA Solar, and Saudi Aramco.
Mr. Chaurasia holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Lian has participated in over 10 transactions across the spectrum of initial public offerings and M&A in the renewable energy, industrials, and metals & mining sectors.
Mr. Lian holds an MSc in Finance From the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University.

She was also responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable processes, tax returns, and annual audit preparation
Ms. Chung was an Audit Senior Associate at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited participating in statutory audit engagements for listed and IPO companies
